By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Kirti Holidays reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.

Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Booking confirmations will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing or via email.
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the travel date.
• Non-refundable services such as flight/train tickets will be excluded from refunds.

Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

• Kirti Holidays is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party providers.
• Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers.
• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents at all times.

Travel Itinerary & Changes

Kirti Holidays reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to weather, political disturbances, or circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
